Payments can be dropped off at City Hall or in the white mailbox in front of City Hall.
Payment Due Dates
Payments are due on the 15th of each month. Any payments received after the 15th of each month can incur a late payment penalty. All unpaid utility charges are a lien against the property until they are paid.
Rental Property Utility Accounts
The landlord of a rental property will receive a delinquent notice if the renter becomes past due.

Returned Payments
Payments that are returned from the bank for any reason shall be considered non-payment. The full amount on the account will become due immediately along with a processing fee.
Non-Payments/Lock-Offs
Lock-offs are performed on the 3rd Wednesday of each month. All customers who are subject to lock-offs for non-payment will receive an automated telephone call to the phone number provided to the City during application sign-up. To change your number, please contact us at (541) 258.4913. A fee of $50 will be applied to your account once the service order is processed for lock-off.
