LINX Dial-A-Bus

The Dial-a-Bus program provides curb-to-curb transportation for seniors, those with disabilities and the general public, within the city limits of Lebanon. Schedule a ride by calling the Senior Center.  Twenty-four hour notice is appreciated, if the schedule allows we will accommodate same day rides. Rides are provided for a variety of purposes, including social events, medical appointments, employment and shopping.

Saturday | 8 am to 6 pm
Closed on Sundays and on federal holidays

Fares Per Trip:

Seniors & those with disabilities: All rides: $1
Care attendants: free

General public: All rides: $2
Children 5 & under: free

Purchase bus fare: From the bus driver or at the Senior Center -  80 Tangent Street
Purchase a bundle of 20 tickets for $20, receive $21 worth of  bus passes.

Bus Guidelines:

 - Look for the bus 10 minutes before and  after your scheduled pick up time.
 - When canceling a ride, call at least 30 minutes before your pick up time.
 - Have correct payment/ticket ready as you get on the bus.
 - Wear your seatbelt unless a doctor’s note forbids it.
 - The bus cannot be used for emergency transport.
 - Animals are allowed when confined to a carrier with the exception of service animals. The ADA defines a service animal as any guide or signal  animal trained to provide assistance  to an individual with a disability. However, if the animal’s behavior poses a direct threat to the health or safety of others, it will not be allowed on the bus.
 - Children 16 years and under must be accompanied by an adult and be restrained in an approved safety seat per Oregon State law.
 - You must be able to get on/off the bus and into your home with purchases without the assistance of the driver.
 - Wheelchair access is available. We ask that you are able to get on/off the bus with assistance from your caregiver.
 - No smoking/eating/drinking on the bus.
 - No cell phone calls while on the bus.
