Understanding Your Utility Fees

Exact dates of the monthly billing process may vary somewhat due to holidays, delays in meter readings, weekend, etc. However, the City of Lebanon utility bills are generally mailed the last business day of each month. Most customers will receive their bill around or before the 1st business day of each month. Payment is due when the bill is received.

Water Line

The growth that has brought hundreds of jobs to Lebanon requires construction projects, such as a new water reservoir and water treatment plant.

Utility Expense Allocation

Aging pipes and treatment plants (some more than 60 years old) require more frequent and expensive repairs and replacement.

Increased state and federal water and wastewater quality standards and testing requirements.

The need to expand and upgrade our water and sewer plants. Recent and future growth in residential and industrial users require these changes.
