Violations Bureau

Lebanon Municipal Court clerks have been appointed by the judge to serve as Violations Bureau clerks (ORS153.800). This means they have the authority to review your driving record and determine whether or not you may qualify for a reduction in your base fine, according to a schedule. This amount is generally the same as you would receive by going before the judge. You may contact the Violations Bureau clerks during normal business hours (8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday) at Lebanon Justice Center, 40 N. 2nd St., Lebanon (541) 258.4909.

The criteria used to determine a fine reduction by the Violations Bureau:  If you have no more than two offenses (convictions on your driving record) within three years of the date of your present citation.
