This 9-week EBP (Evidenced-Based Program) reduces pain, builds confidence, and improves overall health. “If you can be on your feet for 10 minutes without increased pain, you can have success with Walk With Ease!” Work on personal goals while getting support from a group.

Some sessions will meet off-site with transportation leaving the Senior Center earlier, so if you need a ride or more information call (541) 258.4919.

Dress for the weather and walking.

New walkers of all levels are welcome! New participants that sign up receive a digital pedometer, water bottle and informational walking guide. Returning participants get a new motivational tool!
