Tai Ji Quan: Move for Better Balance

This Evidence Based Program is an alternative exercise training program for improving balance and preventing falls. This 52-session course has been proven to reduce falls by improving balance, ankle strength, and balance recovery through controlled repetitive movement. Each sessions builds on skills learned in previous classes.
