Parks and Facilities

Parks foster the well-being and health of everyone. Whether you are looking for recreation, relaxation, fitness activities, or enjoying art, Lebanon's parks have something for you in over 300 acres of well-maintained parks, trails and natural areas.

Lebanon’s parks are open from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. 

All of the parks are maintained by the Public Works staff. Below are descriptions of each park and the available amenities or click here to view.

Park Shelters
 

The City of Lebanon offers several sheltered outdoor event spaces to provide some protection from the elements, plus access to picnic tables, electrical, restrooms, and more. Each shelter is a little different, but all spaces reflect our commitment to providing great event space at an affordable rate.  

When you rent a park shelter, you get:

• Reasonable rental fees
• Most shelters include access to electricity (additional fees apply)
• Shelters available for rent year-round
• Early reservation (up to twelve months in advance)
• Alcohol allowed (separate permit required)
• Amplified sound and concessions allowed (separate permit required)

Making a Reservation

1. These rooms and spaces are available to rent year-round and can be reserved as early as twelve months in advance of the date of your event.
2. Call The City of Lebanon at (541) 258.4917 or email parksres@ci.lebanon.or.us during regular business hours (excluding holidays) to check availability, and to make a reservation. 
3. Be sure to tell the staff person processing your reservation if your event will be charging entry fees, selling products, allow alcohol service, sales, and/or consumption, or using amplified sound, since additional fees and/or permits may be required for your event.
4. Full payment is due at the time the reservation is made.  Visa and MasterCard credit cards are accepted for payment. Cash and checks are also accepted for payment.

Alcohol Use / Service 

• Alcohol may be consumed with the purchase of a City Park Alcohol Permit and proof of $1 million in General Liability Insurance with Host or Retail Liquor coverage and the City of Lebanon must be listed as an additional insured.  
• Alcohol permits are only issued to individuals aged 21 or older; ID is required. No permit request will be reviewed prior to receipt of the proof of General Liability Insurance with Host or Retail liquor coverage. 
• Renters will be given a copy of the City's codes regarding alcohol in public places and must agree to abide by these codes.
• City Park Alcohol Permit Applications and payments can be emailed to parksres@ci.lebanon.or.us or call (541) 258.4917 to arrange a time to drop off your paperwork and payment.
