Street Banners
Banner Information
In order for your banner to be placed in The City of Lebanon, it must advertise events sponsored by a non-profit organization. No advertising by a commercial sponsor is allowed.
Banner Locations:
- Santiam Hwy (between Carolina Street and Academy Street)
- Santiam Hwy, NW corner of Maple and Park Street
- Oak Street (corner of Oak and 4th Street)
Permit Application:
To submit a banner reservation permit, please complete a banner permit application.
Fees:
| Permit | $50.00 |
| Installation (per banner) | $100.00 |
Banner Provisions:
- The banner will be placed and removed by the City of Lebanon Public Works Department.
- Placement duration: Limited to a display period of two weeks (14 days).
- A description of the banner, including a picture, drawing, and/or computer printout of the banner showing wording and dimensions.
- Proof of insurance. ODOT and the City of Lebanon must be named as additionally insured for $1,000,000 liability insurance and there must be a 30-day written notice of cancellation.
Banner Placement and Removal:
Banners are normally placed and removed on Tuesdays. Delivery of your banner can be scheduled with the Public Works Department prior to hanging of the banner. After removal, Public Works will email or call the applicant to notify they can come pickup the banner at the office.
