Backflow Prevention Program Sign-Up

By selecting the "I Accept" button, I agree to participate in the special contract pricing for annual backflow testing and acknowledge that the annual testing fee is as listed below will be added once a year to my water bill for the property located at the listed address.

2024 Contract Rate - $25.00
2025 Contract Rate - $25.00
2026 Contract Rate - $25.00
2027 Contract Rate - $25.00

If any repairs are needed, the homeowner will be contacted by the tester. In addition, by selecting the "I Accept" button, I give the contract tester, permission to enter my property to test the backflow assembly.

I shall afford reasonable access to contractors as well as clear and/or remove any obstructions to a backflow device which may hinder the ability to properly test the device. 

I further agree that if I am the property owner, and not the resident, I will notify the tenant of the backflow testing charge on the water bill and will be responsible for any reimbursement to the tenant.
