Police Camera Registration Program

The Lebanon Police Department Security Registration Program allows citizens to help law enforcement in preventing and solving crime by using your personally owned and operated home or business security systems.

The goal of the Camera Registration Program is to deter crime and promote safety through the collaboration between the Lebanon Police Department and the Community of Lebanon, Oregon.

  1. Registration is entirely voluntary.
  2. Registration information is for the official use of the Lebanon Police Department.
  3. If needed, the Lebanon Police Department will contact you directly, using information you provided on the registration form, to request video surveillance footage.
  4. Any footage containing or related to criminal activity collected by the Lebanon Police Department could be used as evidence. Your consent is still required to review any camera recordings.

Under no circumstances shall registrants construe that they are acting as an agent or employee of the Lebanon Police Department or the City of Lebanon.

If you would like to have your camera registration removed from the Camera Registration Program, you no longer have a surveillance system, you move or need to make changes, please contact Dala Johnson at (541) 258.4339 or email at dala.johnson@lebanonoregon.gov.
