Traffic Safety Classes
Distracted Driving Safety Class – this class is ODOT-certified. Court and class fees are in lieu of the fine, but this is not taken off your driving record as a deferral.
Seatbelt Violations Class – the fine and class fee for a seatbelt violation must be paid but successful completion of the class will result in a deferral.
