COMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST - Lebanon Police Department
Salary Range: $2,977 - $3,750/month
POSITION SUMMARY: Perform a variety of duties related to computer-aided dispatch for police, answer department telephone calls and respond to public inquiries, provide assistance to the public after hours via lobby phone, and other clerical duties within the department as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Equivalent to a high school diploma and additional specialized training/general office experience, or any satisfactory combination of experience and training which demonstrates the knowledge, skills and abilities to perform duties described in job description. Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm/max 3 errors.

POLICE OFFICER (CERTIFIED) - Lebanon Police Department
Salary Range: $4,044 - $5,097/month
POSITION SUMMARY: Performs duties as certified police officer: law enforcement and crime prevention work (discovery, investigation, report preparation, patrol); enforcement of federal, state and local laws. Full-time position (number of hours per week varies).
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Must be a minimum of 21 years of age and possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Must be currently certified as a police officer through DPSST. Must pass criminal record/background investigation, psychological and medical screening. Must possess/maintain current Oregon driver's license. Must be computer-literate and familiar with Microsoft Word.
