POSITION SUMMARY: Perform a variety of duties related to computer-aided dispatch for police, answer department telephone calls and respond to public inquiries, provide assistance to the public after hours via lobby phone, and other clerical duties within the department as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Equivalent to a high school diploma and additional specialized training/general office experience, or any satisfactory combination of experience and training which demonstrates the knowledge, skills and abilities to perform duties described in job description. Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm/max 3 errors.
