Professional Biography
Paul Aziz was elected Mayor in November of 2012. He previously served on the Lebanon Planning Commission and on the Parks and Tree Committee.

Personal
Paul was born and raised in Inglewood California. He attended Lennox High School. In his senior year he was elected from the 5 schools in the district to represent the students on the Centinella Valley Unified School board. He was also chosen by the school staff to attend American Legion's California Boy's State in Sacramento, California.
In 1980 he became a police officer for the City of Glendale, CA and attended the Los Angeles Sheriff's Academy where he earned his P.O.S.T Certificate. He has worked as a Manager in Aerospace and in the High Tech industry.
Paul moved to Lebanon in 1997 and lives with his partner Dawn and their daughter Taylor.
While working at the Supra Corporation in Albany he worked as a Technical Support Agent, Supervisor and Manager of the 80 person support and customer service department. Paul worked on examining processes and procedures and finding more efficient solutions. He also researched new products and tools, evaluating and implementing them.
Paul worked for Valnet in Lebanon doing Technical Support and computer repair. In 2005 he opened his own computer repair business that he currently operates.
Paul's hobbies include Christmas Lights, Photography, and model Railroading.

Professional Biography
Wayne is currently serving his second year having been elected and sworn in at the 2011 January meeting. Wayne was elected and served 10 years of three terms. A change of address resulted in him having to resign in his third term.

Personal 
Wayne was born in West Plains, Missouri. He was raised on a farm for 12 years and then moved to McMinnville, Oregon. Wayne graduated from McMinnville High School and attended various Colleges while working and took work related courses. Did not complete a degree. Wayne and his wife Mary Jane will celebrate 47 years together in December 2013. They have a son and a daughter all grown with four grandchildren. Wayne is retired from the Weyerhaeuser Co, having worked in the forest products industry for 50 years. Wayne started working in a mill while going to school and worked to attain several levels of management prior to his retirement.

Councilor Robert Furlow                                     Email: Councilor Furlow

Professional Biography
Chief Operations Officer of Jefferson Behavioral Health since November 2008 brings a wide and deep health care management background. He is a retired Army Medical Service Corps Colonel with extensive experience in public health and hospital administration. During his civilian career, his leadership assignments have included Regional Health Administrator, Home Health and Hospice Agency Head, County Health and Social Services Administrator, Superintendent of Blue Mountain Recovery Center (a 60-bed psychiatric hospital), and Chief Financial Officer of the Oregon State Hospital System.

During his healthcare career of over forty years, he has overseen the development of numerous new programs and service delivery systems, significant agency expansions, the redeployment of hospital services between military service branches, acquisition of new health records and computer systems, building construction and major remodeling of health care facilities, reorganization of health systems, responded to significant budget reductions which triggered major program, staff and service realignments, presented at countless professional groups, and provided testimony at State and National legislative panels.

At the joint request of the National Association of Counties and the Bureau of Primary Care, Furlow participated in a multi-year review and development process targeted at integration of primary care and local public health services.

Personal
Robert and wife Cheryle moved to Lebanon in 2006 buying their home next door to where Cheryle grew up. Robert retired in 2013 after a forty-two year health career.

Professional Biography
Floyd is the Executive Director of WVRC in Lebanon. He has served on Lebanon City Council from 1995 to 2001 and was reelected in 2007. Floyd is currently serving his second consecutive term.

Personal
Floyd is a Lebanon native, a graduate of Lebanon High School, and has attended classes at Linn-Benton Community College, Oregon State University and the Oregon Leadership Institute. He was a foster parent from 1996 to 2006, and a former cabinet/furniture builder. He has 30-plus years of business management and consulting, and led community workshops called "Preparing for the Drug Free Years" in the early 1990s. His hobbies include art, music, and classic cars. Floyd is currently the owner of Fisher Financial Services.

Professional Biography
Rebecca is the Chief Sales Officer of a local credit union headquartered in Lebanon. She supervises the loan and marketing departments.

Personal
Rebecca grew up in Lebanon and graduated from Lebanon High School in 1987. She spent a year in Venezuela as a foreign exchange student, then moved back to Oregon living in Eugene and Portland before returning to Lebanon in 1991 to raise her son, Nick. Rebecca has been married to husband Eldon for 16 years, and enjoys reading, golfing, drinking champagne and eating bacon.

Community Involvement
Rebecca has been active in the Lebanon Chamber of Commerce since 1992, is the past president of the Lebanon Lions Club, and currently serves on the board of directors for Willamette Valley Rehabilitation Center and the Civil Service Commission for the Lebanon Fire Department. She’s active in the area’s Relay for Life, ABC House Runaway Pumpkin Run, and the Cheadle Challenge. She’s been known to take a winter dip in the Willamette River at the Polar Plunge for Special Olympics, as well as being jailed for the Muscular Dystrophy Association. And, if the community is lucky, she will occasionally lend her acting skills to the Willamette Manor Players to help raise money for the city’s only non-profit care facility.

Professional Biography
Bob Elliott was elected to the Lebanon City Council in 2002 and has been Council President since 2006. He is a retired Region Manager for the American Plywood Association.

Personal
An Oregonion, Bob was born in Holley, Oregon and was raised on a farm in the Fairview area. He is a graduate of Lebanon High School. Bob and his wife, Carrie, enjoyed 61 years of marriage before she passed away in 2013.

Professional Biography:
Jason was elected to City Council in 2012 and is currently serving his first term. His professional goals as a Councilor include improving personal accessibility and communication between the citizens and councilors, supporting improved public safety in Lebanon, and encouraging the growth of Lebanon’s economy.
Jason has set a personal goal during his first year of office to spend time with and observe the employees of each City department in order to gain first-hand knowledge of individual job demands and requirements.

Personal Biography:
Jason moved to Lebanon in 1994 after attending the University of California at Santa Barbara where he studied history. He became a volunteer for the Lebanon Fire District shortly after arriving in Lebanon, and was hired full-time in 1996 as a Firefighter/EMT. He became an Oregon Paramedic in 2005 and was promoted to Engineer/Medic at the Lebanon Fire District that same year. In 2009 Jason was promoted to his current position of Lieutenant and is assigned to the Cheadle Lake fire station.

Jason and his wife Kelsey were married in 2005 and they are raising two daughters.
