If you are interested in attending meetings of the Lebanon City Council, the meetings schedule is listed on the home page under Meetings & Events. Citizens are welcome to present information or raise an issue relevant to the City during the “Citizen Comments” portion of the City Council Agenda, if their issue is not related to an item on the Agenda. If their issue relates to an agenda item, the Mayor will call for comments during that agenda item. If you are interested in being placed on the City Council Agenda, please contact the City Clerk/Recorder
The City Clerk/Recorder acts as the City’s Elections Officer, in accordance with the City Charter and state law including official notifications and communications with county and state election offices and providing election information to candidates and political committees. The City Clerk/Recorder is also responsible for an expanded and targeted records management program in accordance with federal and state law and the records retention policy of the City. This effort includes development of records retention schedules; creation of systems to eliminate redundancy in records keeping and provide efficient electronic retrieval; and oversight of the archive storage area.
