The City of Lebanon Parks Section consists of four full time and one part time employees that maintain 362.43 acres, which includes the Walden and Cheadle Lake projects.
The Parks section tasks include tree trimming, trash pick up, buildings, restrooms, grounds and playground maintenance, mowing, irrigation repairs and maintenance, and vandalism maintenance. In addition to maintaining the park areas, the Parks section is also responsible for maintaining landscape areas and the grounds at public buildings.
The official "Parks Open" season is from the beginning of April to the end of October. All restrooms are closed in the off-season with the exception of Gills Landing and Ralston Park.
